3.How long does the shipping take?

The time frame of order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: 1-3 Days (Except the pre-order and the Chinese Spring Holiday)

Shipping time: 7-20 Days

4.Tracking Your Order

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
  • You can track your order using the provided tracking number on our website or the carrier’s website.  

5.Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within info@foxkeyboard.com days of receipt.
  • If your package is lost, please allow info@foxkeyboard.com  business days for the carrier to investigate before filing a claim.

7.How can I change my address?

We are sorry that alternations cannot be made to shipped orders. If it is still not shipped, please contact us at info@foxkeyboard.com  to change your address and other shipping options.

8.The tracking states that my package has been delivered, but I have never received anything yet. What can I do?

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. In this case, we recommend you contact your carrier first and find out what the status of your package is. It could be left with a neighbor or somewhere else.

Please contact us if the carrier customer service cannot help you and we will open a case as a missing package.
